One of my favorite places in Grove City is a park nearby that Wolf Creek runs through. I was out shooting for a few hours before I ended up here. When fall leaves are in color, I spend as much time as I can in the woods. Each year is as if I rediscover the beauty of Autumn. It refreshes me every season. Walking along the creek I found a shallow spot in the river with a few different colored trees. Perfect! I didn't expect to get in any water that morning so I did my best to roll my pants and keep them dry. Usually doesn't work. I looked for a lead that will take you into the photo, using the sticks and waves in the water. I set up my tripod and camera as steady and strong as I could, making sure the water’s current couldn't move it. Running water is always fun to experiment with with the shutter speed. I set it to maybe a half second to capture the water’s movement to give it the blurred look that it has. It took a few tries but I soon found my place centered under the rising sun.
